Check a supported supplier CSV for free, then pay once to download the complete repaired file.

What the service does

Catalog Mender checks a supplier CSV of up to 10 MB against the documented input fields. Supported text encodings are UTF-8 and Windows-1252, with comma, semicolon, tab, or pipe separators. You approve a column mapping, then receive a diagnostic report and two sample output rows for free. A completed purchase unlocks one full CSV prepared from the exact file and mapping that passed the check. The output is intended for WooCommerce’s built-in product CSV importer.

The current version supports one Size attribute and new products. It does not connect to your store, update existing products, convert platform-specific export structures, verify image links, or preserve supplier columns outside the approved mapping. Image links and unmapped columns are reported and omitted. We may block a file instead of guessing missing or conflicting data. An optional AI service can suggest a mapping from column names and aggregate patterns, but you must review it; it does not execute repair code.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to use and upload your supplier data. Keep the original file and a current store backup. Review the generated CSV, test a small batch in a staging WooCommerce store, inspect prices and variations, and decide when to publish products. You remain responsible for the resulting store content and any use of the output.

Price and delivery

The price is US$29 for one repaired file, with no subscription. The final price and applicable tax are shown before payment. Checkout is provided by Polar, the merchant of record for the transaction. Polar handles payment and applicable sales tax under its buyer terms. Catalog Mender provides the file preparation and support.

After a successful checkout, the return page asks for the same byte-for-byte source CSV. Your browser may keep a temporary local copy during checkout, but our API does not retain a server copy. A completed, unrefunded order for the specified product and the original file are required to download the output. Keep your source file so you can retrieve the result again if browser storage is cleared.

Problems and refunds

If a documented, accepted input cannot produce or download the promised CSV, email support@catalogmender.com within 14 days of purchase with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will try to fix the delivery or arrange a refund through Polar. Please do not email a sensitive full catalog unless we have agreed on a suitable method. This support process does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Availability and limits

We aim to keep the service available and accurate for its documented scope, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or that every WooCommerce setup, plugin combination, or supplier file will import without additional work. We may change or stop the service. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
